Small Businesses have Liability That They Don't Even Know They Have

Check this out. Someone from within Josef Silny & Associates, a Miami education consulting firm, posted a derogatory and allegedly inaccurate remark on Wikipedia about golfer Fuzzy Zoeller. Rather than suing Wikipedia, the golfer filed a lawsuite against the company, which has the IP address where the individual post originated from.

Could this be a potential liability for your company?

You bet.

No matter what size your company is, you better have some good legal advice and/or representation in your back pocket.
